Eniola is passionate about alleviating African poverty by providing health, education and economic equity solutions. He is a development professional with over 3 years of diverse experience across a range of sectors and regions. He is currently pursuing a concurrent MBA and International Development M.S. at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York City.

As a Senior Associate, Eniola supports the Vice President of Memberships and Partnerships with facilitating FY21 membership renewals and university partnerships.
GLOBAL PHILANTHROPIST CIRCLE INTERN, SYNERGOS

As a GPC Intern at Synergos, Eniola supports the global GPC team at Synergos with database management, memberships, event management, and outreach.
AFRICA PROGRAM INTERN, CENTER FOR STRATEGIC AND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES

As an intern at CSIS, Eniola supported the Africa program with podcast production, social media management and event coordination. In addition, He worked directly with the program director on research assignments and grant development.

Eniola served as a fundraising consultant to develop an assessment of its existing business and benchmark future projections. Eniola also initiated a fundraising program to provide early childhood education opportunities for REPCAM beneficiaries.

Eniola worked with the USAID E3/Education team as a TRG consultant on the Education Performance Improvement, Communications and Knowledge (EPIC) Project, offering a customized professional development program, consisting of in-person and online technical training to USAID staff.

Eniola served as a Spring Program Associate at the Washington Chapter of the Society for International Development, supporting the organization with event promotion, coordination and documentation. Eniola also provided deliverables to SID-Washington Board of Directors committees and managed all social media platforms.

In this role, Eniola worked on the USAID Agile and Harmonized Assistance for Devolved Institutions (AHADI) Project, supporting Kenya’s agenda for achieving transparent and accountable governance systems that are effective in service delivery and responsive to citizens. My responsibilities were providing budget reconciliation, research and monitoring & evaluation support to senior project managers and associates.
